The Watering Hole

My son, Oliver, has just released a new single on itunes and spotify and youtube and google play and many other platforms.

He is playing drums, bass, right side rhythm guitar and all vocals.

I'm playing left side chugging guitar and also the lead solo.

Although he plays in a couple of bands "live" this is his solo project.

It reminds me of some stuff I listened to late 70's early 80's.  New Wave Punkish kind of stuff.  Having heard a minute sample of his playing in the last several years, I thought he has the talent to do some professional stuff.  I'm happy to know he's giving it a go.  Nicely done for sure.

That’s nice to hear. Thanks very much Deano. I just showed him your post and that made his day. He gave up his job recently and now makes his living by giving drum lessons and doing session work, and now writing and releasing songs...living the dream  ;D

More coming soon as he is working on more songs so I will be mixing those for him too and doing The odd solos here and there.
