here's a fairly boring run through of all the sounds on the new strat. Starts with the full bridge humbucker and works its way forward, including all the switch positions and all the combinations with the rear single pickup blended in. The second sound, for example, is just the rear single coil.

Is that a real amp or modeller as I like the recorded tone of both. A nice touch with the room verb too, it brings it to life.

That's the Pod Farm Bassman model. The reverb is Digidesign's stock reverb plugin, I sent the drums and guitar both to an aux with the same reverb.
That's my newly built strat, listed in the gear thread, the first tone knob is a blend knob that brings in the last coil of the bridge humbucker with any switch position, in the 5th position it changes the humbucker to a single coil, in the 4th position it switches from the humbucking coil with the middle pickup to a series sound.
