Here are some pics of the strat I am building. No pickguard, rear routed.

Currenly I have the:
Body : One piece swamp ash Warmoth
Neck : AAAA birdseye maple Warmoth with stainless steel frets
Bridge : Gotoh /Wilkinson
Tuners : Schaller locking

Researching pickups now, trying to decide whether to stick a single coil sized humbucker in the bridge or just route the cavity for a humbucker. More than likely I will go with the latter.

I like it so far.  I would say "nice wood dude," but there is a certain element here to whom that would not be guitar talk, but something else altogether.   :o   ;D

Tough call on the bridge pickup.  I haven't tried tons of SCs in the bridge of a strat, but the more I play one the more I think I'd prefer HSS.
Nice
Dude.

Can we get a clearer shot of the birdseye in the neck???

Looks niiiiiice though.......
Looking good!  8-) Did you build and shape all that yourself from scratch ie from just blocks of wood, or did you buy the body and neck pre-made?
NICE !!! :)
