I use Pod Farm all the time... it sounds like a Pod XT, but it's way easier to use. Haven't used 2.5 yet, I'm stuck on version 1 because it came with my TonePort DI-G, along with all models, and hell if I'm gonna upgrade for $100 to get 1/4 of the amps and fx I have now.
nah, it's not terrible - it's just not really a tone I like.
fuzz direct to tape isn't necessarily all that bad btw!
The playing is very nice and the tone ain't that bad, in fact it is pretty good. I would have cut the presence a little but other than that not bad at all.
The whole thing has a 'Reelin' in the Years' vibe to it. I love that tune.
I don't mind the tone but I gues it is a little pale/sterile overall.
