I've been dicking around with using the helix as the audio interface to take advantage of it's re-amping facility.
So for the following noodle I recording the DI direct over usb from the helix whilst playing with a very dynamically responsive amp patch and then reamped it completely in the box using metal amp room and pristine space for the room.
Next thing to try will be to re-amp the di out of one of the sends from the Helix into my Vox AC10C! (excellent amp by the way, I love it).
Anyway, the DI via the helix is very clean without hardly any hiss at all which is what I've been after for some time now.
