The Watering Hole

A good friend of mine , Mark Summerlin, from here in Fayetteville has been touring with Seal for the last year doing the computer samples for his live shows. Several months ago he started playing guitar for Seal's shows. I talked to him just 3 weeks ago....he's got some killer stories!  Pretty cool knowing somebody who is playing for a big name. Yeah I also have a friend who has big name friends (The Police, especially Stewart Copeland their drummer) and he tells me stories as well, pretty interesting stuff. He has known those guys since before they were big, and he introduced Stewart's Tech guy (Jeff something or other) many years ago to him. I got all the inside dope from their recent tour.

Did you know Stewart Copeland is the band leader and owner of the Police? Always has been. Even though Sting is the major songwriter Stewart owns the band. My friend Steve  is also a member of Sober Living and sponsors all kinds of big name folks. He has told me stories about folks you know of, many of them, many times. He lives in Beverly Hills and does movie scoring. Have known him since the teen years.
