So the Blackjack C7 is here. Way too light a string guage for me (.9's) but I can tell once I put the 11's on it will be very fun to play. I have been playing some of the lighter tunes from our set in the low string tuning. Seperate Ways sounds so much cooler in Drop A, so does Hash Pipe, Rebel Yell and White Wedding. Machine Head is more fun in the drop A tuning too.

One bitch though, the 23 and 24th frets are a real pain to access, requiring some very akward contorting of the left hand. My C1 classic does not have this issue. Still, overall, it will get what I want doen, heavying up some of our 80's pop metal covers.
Spaivxx - with all the gigging you're doing now, how about some vid clips to see all your 'babies' in action!   :)
