I know there was one synthy Sabbath song and the liner notes said they used a Mellotron. I was thinking it was "Who Are You" from Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, but a quick google today says it was a Moog on that song. Amazing you can find answers to questions about 40 year old albums in 2 seconds these days...
