Just whoopin' up some noise. An experiment by stacking drive pedals (virtual) within the AXE FX.
Not much of a useable tone, but damn good fun. Gives it that lovely "valves about to explode" sound !
This is using the tele.

HA! Cool stuff Jon...My first thought was "Damn, Jimmy Page out-take from Led-Zep 1" 8-) ;).
Like Sheepster, I'm a fan of stacking drive pedals. I still feel that the best tone I put up here or at the 'Hole was the take I did using the Mesa's clean channel with a TS clone for the dirty rythmn and punching in a RAT clone (stacked after the TS) on top to give the lead tone. Dialed both for medium/lowish drive with unity gain on the TS and a slight boost on the RAT. Stacked in this way the basic sound shone through but with a really progresive amount of overlayered grittyness the more you dug in.
I'll tell you this Jon...I'm really impressed with 99% with what you put up for all to listen to and comment on here. Sounds like you've found you're holy grail for now. Well done dude.
One of these days I may find time to put something out there myself. Even if it is just a take on someones BT, It'd make a change to be actively participating again ::).

That's cool - has that hollow nice in a space sound - without any blanketing.
