1st time I've attempted playing and recording anything for several months whilst I had frozen shoulder. It's now healed thankfully so back to making a noise :) ... and here it is.

Sounds great, Jon. Cool jam!
You know, listening back to this in the cold light of day I am of the considered opinion that this is a crock of shit ;D. I think this is a case of think before you post something. I was so excited at the fact that I was actually able to play again now that the pain has gone from my shoulder I forget to do some quality control ;D.
Anyway, it is what it is and thanks for your far too kind comments..
More to come soon....via the QA department first ;D ;D ;D
that's not a crock of shit, lol! I rather enjoyed it and I'm not partial to shit. ;D
really, that was entertaining - especially after the intro, which was ok, but then you went into the progressions of the moment... instead of something where I felt bars being counted... that kind of thing is cool to listen to. creates a mood that's all your own - doesn't feel like "playing against changes" type stuff which I've heard too much of, I guess. heh.
that riff toward the end btw... that's a keeper.
Thanks. Re the ntro, you are spot on counting bars.....bores me to tears doing that which is probably why I'm not that good at "songs" as you have to conform to very strict rules to pull it off but I like to just freeform !
yeah, I don't really even listen to "songs" these days... except for Arthur Brown's Fire... lol.
love that song!
