although I don't like the vocals, just not a strong enough voice, but everything else sound really good

The vocalist was not bad, the guy is a good singer, what I did not like is the piezo pup on the acoustic, mike the thing up.
Seen this before & it's pretty good.  What did you guys think of the lead guitar tone?
It seemed almost like a parody to me. No grit, no attitude. Guitar tone, Rich, was not really good either, but some of that could be the Youtube issue. I did notice it looks like a TLSE he is using, which I know is capable of great tones.

This song is supposed to be gritty, real sounding. This looked and sounded like a very tame politically correct wedding band playing. Very sterile to me.
Thought I heard some timing issues early on, but once they settled in, it was good. Guitar player did a nice job of mimicking the backwards guitar part.
If I wanted someone to play watered-down Hendrix at a wedding, this would be the band.  By far, the best player is the lead guitarist... he has a little too much Howie "note-for-note" going on... it would have been cool to hear a little more improv from him.  The drummer completely missed the feel; Mitch Mitchell's not easy, but at least you gotta give it a shot.  The singer's voice was way too pretty and clean.
Well, mixed reaction - everyone likes different things.  I thought the Hendrix track was actually pretty good.

Spaivxx, - he's using an AD120VTX Valvetronix & VC12 floorcontroller  (same rig as mine)
Good review Charger.  However, if they really took 34 years off like the note said, then that's pretty cool.  :)

As for the vocals?  Well, if Hendrix was white... and gay... that's exactly how he would sound, right?  ;) ;D
