A test using the Two Notes Torpedo cabs Free version. I'm thinking of buying the "Wall of sound" version that has tons of cabs etc in it.
Amp is JCA20H into Torpedo.
What do you think ?

Sound is ok in the clip. Not something spectacular yet convincing enough (sort of too sterile). But I do know that it will get much better with the paid version of the plugin however it is too pricey (238,00 ) in my opinion. And considering that you change your mind in a week, it will be a waste because you aren't allowed to sell it once you buy.
I think you'd better go for their hardware stuff because you can sell them on ebay at least.

Actually you should be able to sell the plugin if you change your mind as it comes with a dongle so you can use it on any pc that has the dongle on it......mind you, the one thing that I always keep is plugins !

Sounds good to me !
I'm trying the demo version too and despite the only cab present is a 4x12 (with V30) and a single SM57 mic, it's interesting to know how many sounds I can get just moving the mic around the virtual room. What I like is the power amp section that's present in the software that helps to add some juice to the POD tone....at least until the new 2.0 firmware will be released.. ;)
Ciao!

Here is one clip that I have recorded with the free version a couple of months ago.
It looks better and more interesting than than a long string of 01 for sure ! Anyway I would like to be able to solve that "blob" of green resistors(?) using the C++ !
Installed the FW 2.0 on the Bean HD. There's a new options page for cab tweak ! (Resonance, low pass filter, decay, etc.. )
