Nah, I'm talking about the one that gives you a list of things to turn off, like "System Restore", "Screen Saver", a lot of other things having to do with the :C drive, etc. I think you gave it to me once at the W-Hole, then I found it again. My computer has been down for a while and had to scrape it completely so I lost a lot of things... :'(

musicxp.net has a "tuning tips" section. Unfortunately, it looks like you now need to register to view it (seems pretty harmless but I'm too lazy to sign up for another site). I used a few of their recommendations in the past.
BTW, I think the windows "tuneup utility" is already on your computer... it's called msconfig. (Start > Run > msconfig)
