Wife out today so I cranked the Vox AC10c1 (working from home = substitute for playing guitar).  Damn this thing is really loud, especially considering it's only 10 watts but man oh man what a glorious sound.

That's it, nothing else to report except lovely juicy sounds from a cranked amp :)

Things could be much worse than sonic heaven amigo, so that is a grand sonic report.
Nice!

I rarely get to unleash my amp - I am so used to keeping it at a low volume I forget what it feels like...

My catch phrase is "This one rarely goes above 1."  ;D
Wow!
For my wife the amp is too loud also in stand-by... what a sadness...  ;D
The funny thing is; we are so used to playing and recording at low volume levels that we all get disheartened with the the sounds that we get when we stick a mic in front of an amp. But crank it wide open and stick one mic in front of it and a stereo pair of mics in the room and then blend them...that makes for a truly glorious and inspiring sound.

I actually hate the recorded sound of all amps when recorded at low volumes. Mostly a nasty fizzy mess, but with volume the fizzies mostly go away.
