coolies.....should I save this stuff in Reaper program files or should I put it in a VST folder in the Reaper plugin files or something else?

doesn't matter where you put the impulses they are just .wav files and you browse to where you put them to load them...
Put them in a folder labeled "Impulses" under the Reaper directory...would be handy there...
If you are talking about the plugins SIR or keFIR...then yes...those go into your Reaper/Plugins folder so they get loaded...just move the .dll files in there...
