Read it and weep.  I'd sue Chase for a couple hundred times what the check was worth... just on the basis of the amount of embarrassment they caused, never mind the lost job, car and 4 days in jail.

Even without resorting to pulling the race card, this just seems to be yet another example of how banks think all the money belongs to them.  ::)
