No. But soon. Obama has plans to pull out of Afghanistan and has already done so in Iraq, as you know. Problem is, America seems to have this problem of leaving troops places and building bases and shit. So, maybe you should re-word your question. ;D
Believe it or not, I'm not really sure what the answer is. I can see both arguments. I can also see what we did to get Obama, with 40 men and or women. So, maybe war is changing. My bad, maybe this conflict is changing.
I doubt we will ever leave Afghanistan. Not as long as the opinion is that we are at "war".
