Well, look at the positives. 4 years ago when we had this proposition, it passed like 70 to 30. Now it's 52-48, so we are within a breath of acceptance. I fully expect this to be overturned by the California Supreme Court, and quickly. I don't think it can be reasonably argued that the state constitution can deny rights to anyone.
