Obama's comments have no bite an Putin knows it. Besides, Obama already said he's for disarming the U.S. so he's not going to do anything.

We're not going to war with Russia. Even if the president was someone else. Hell, even if it was McCain. This is just Putin being Putin. Basically, Russia's been back under him. They're badass and they're going to punch people in the mouth. They're Russia and they need to remind people.
