Did I hear Hookobama or President Obama last night?

Obama has turned into a Republican, or very close. Hell, I liked everything he said. He even addressed the debt, finally.

I think Obama has been here and read my opinions. And liked them. ;D
So y'all are going steady again?  heh heh
Yeah, I'll give him a couple days before I slam him for not doing what he said he would....and what he should do. ;D

What have I been telling ya'll for weeks and weeks.???? Answer, listen to Obama. ;D
Which rhetoric did you guys agree upon?
McCain even liked it. :o
;D

So what you are saying is you like everything the republicans say.

btw - remember the graph - republican record on debt is pitiful, they are the prime offenders.

(No, no...  He likes everything the Republicans tell him he should like!  ;) :D )
Didn't you hear - Hook is  non partisan these days.
He just votes for republicans as he sees it.

Nobody gets him - especially the libertards. :)
State of the Union addresses are often much like this one--full of good ideas and rousing moments, light on the details.  I thought this was a more subdued speech, but that worked for me.  I also liked the spirit of the symbolism with right and left intermixed.  As far as message goes, every liberal knows that Obama is a centrist, and always has been.  No surprises here.

Or scary existential moments to reflect on, move knights and the pawns will die

Remember, I don't vote for or against parties, I vote for or against an individual. My only choice right now would be to vote for a republican, there won't be any other choice capable of winning.

To be honest with you, I don't know what republicans want. Of course, they will tear up the debt thing now that Bush is gone. But if Palin wins the nomination, I'll vote against her as a punishment for being stupid. ;D ;D

I don't pretend to think a republican will ever cut the debt down. I do remember the graph. Probably never for the graph, in fact. ;D

Do you really think the American people will vote for some random Republican in two years simply because Obama had a rough 2010? There are almost two more years of stuff that will happen before the election. The economy comes back? Obama wins. Job numbers go up? Obama wins. Republicans behave as expected in the congress? Obama will win re-election. There are ZERO viable challengers in the Republican party right now with national attention. ZERO. Because the popular members of the GOP are far-right wackos like Gingrich and Palin, not near-right mushy politicians like Pawlenty and Jindal.

To be honest with you, I don't know what republicans want.

And yet you'd categorically vote for them over Obama now. How does that even make sense?

Jeebus, Hook...
Tripper
Well Obama had a great state of the union address. If he comes close to doing the things he mentioned, I'll vote for him. But if he does nothing he mentioned, I'll vote for someone else. The thing that pisses me off is the things he mentioned should have been done first.

Do you know what republicans want? Yeah, repeal healthcare, a waist of time, cut the deficit...which they never do, the normal ole shit. But what's their plan or plans? Who do they think will run against Obama? Palin, no chance to win. So, who?

If Obama fails to do the things he mentioned in his address, I'll vote for the other guy. Hands down. But not Palin.
Even if he was a Democrat, I don't think I could vote for a Mormon.  They are just too wacked religiously.  That shit is backwards.  That's the Republican frontrunner right now.
At least he'll have Benn Glek on his side...
yeah, because I'm just like him :-?
;D ;D ;D
