Democrats do the same thing. You should be mad at our system because it's failing, more than just republicans. I really just don't understand the political shit that goes on and ignored. The more I learn about politics, the more pissed I get.

Think about this. We, after 4 + years, have no idea what our President is capable of achieving. No fucking clue, because of congress and senate. If republicans are at fault, as you mentioned, they should all be jailed for treason. For the remainder of their sorry lives. And I'm not joking.

This pretty much sums up my feelings on politics.  The system is failing us and we can't seem to do anything about it!

Really doesn't matter who the President is, for the most part. We simply have to get these old shit heads out of congress and senate. Term limits. We need them bad!!!

I think we should vote on these new cats every 4 years and their terms should be the same as the presidents. If we do that, people would at least be able to hold these idiots responsible for their action. Right now, we simply have no say.

If right now they can be complete asshats and still get re-elected over and over every two or 6 years, why would the fact that they only get to be in office for eight years total make them behave any better?  To me it seems like then they would just get extra special license to be SuperAssholes their last term.

I don't think you understood my post. I think we, as a we do with our President, vote on these guys every 4 years. With a term limit of 8 years max. just like the President. The senate and Congress are more powerful than the President. The President isn't much more than a spokesman for our country, example, Obama. Except maybe the decision to go to war. That is fucked up. Thats the one decision that should only be made by congress and the senate.

I think putting someone in the congress or senate is way to important to not let the country vote. Politics have changed, so should the way we elect our politicians, and vote, and who votes, and how long politicians serve, whether or not money should be allowed as it is now, etc. We're trying to operate a government with no accountability. None. Proof??? The national debt. Obama has done more about spending than any President in the last 50 years, (i think I read that somewhere), if this is true, why the fuck don't most people know about it? to busy covering up lies, maybe? Or making accusations that may or may not be true??? The politicians are fighting against each other instead of fighting together for this country. It's completely fucked up. We need to clean house. We need to change some shit. our shit is broke. The 1% of people that George mentioned wouldn't be running the country if we fixed our shit. Everything gets updates these days except our government. They keep doing the same thing, and people just believe the spill they get knowing damn good and well only about 1% is true. Insanity.
