My history teacher in high school used to say "The masses are asses!" but that's not really accurate.  "The masses are clueless" is closer.
No, they're asses...and they're clueless.

I'd say both fit.

Like the late great George Carlin often said: "Think of how stupid the average person is, then realize half of them are stupider than that!"

They got this one right, though. Obama is a better choice than McCain because being prepared, accountable, and making smart decisions is his M.O., even if his ideology doesn't match yours.
