I have a pristine new Win7 x64 installation.  I'm tired of Adobe wanting to update weekly on my old system.  What do you all use?  I have heard/read good things about Foxit...
I use Nuance when I'm reading for joy... it looks great, is fast, and works well.  I also use Adobe Acrobat X Pro a lot though... it's network review capabilities and tracking are essential for people like me who write documentation.  Although I think it's probably oversized at 200 MB, let's face it, computers are friggin fast now, my corporate laptops's got a core i5 and the system disk is an SSD, I'm hardly ever waiting on the system...
The free Foxit Reader works well here on Win7 64 bit.  No update/upgrade haggles since I have had it.  Perhaps it is an option but it still works fine on my machine.
I've got Win 7 Pro 64-bit now too and the FIRST thing I did after installing Adobe Reader was to turn off all updating.  With Adobe Reader up, go to Edit on the menu, then Preferences (at the bottom, or hit <Ctrl>K), then select Updater (also at the bottom) and click on the radio button that says "Do not download or install updates automatically."  :)
