Ok, this has to do with syncing your iphone music.

I put music on my macbook, then sync it to my phone, no problem.

Now, I don't want this music on my laptop, I want it only on the iphone. Problem is this. I delete the music off my laptop, later burn a new cd I like, sync that single cd and it takes all my music off my iphone.

Do I have to leave all this music on my laptop so it won't delete music from my iphone the next time I sync it?
This must have been a stupid question. ;D ;D
Did you know there are forums for all of Apples stuff?  Try searching or asking there.

Yes. One of my major gripes with Apple... with pretty much any other product, you can just drag and drop files.  Apple, you have to have a whole freaking process, and it needs to back up my apps and shit.  Most annoying thing about the iphone is itunes.

Ah, yeah, I do know that. And I ask it here. Because I could get a quick yes or no answer without reading a bunch of shit I care nothing about. People have Iphones at the forum also. Did you know that asshole? ;D ;D

Thanks Charger. :)
I'm a little late on this one, but I have to say, I've found workarounds to avoid iTunes fucking up my shit (since my wife and I both use iTunes for our iPhones on the same computer).

Tell it to not sync your music, then it won't fuck up your phone every time you open iTunes. It will sync your apps, and that's not really a bad thing, but manually manage the music and stuff and you should be good to go.

Drag and drop the songs you want onto the iPhone (make sure the tags are all well-edited or it will be all fucked up when you're looking things up), and enjoy.
