I set-up a new server for one of my customers yesterday (small business server 2011).  All ok.

He needed a new server urgently as his old server suddenly stopped working.  He keeps his server in a cupboard in an already very hot office with no air conditioning.  His old server (server 2003 and a very old computer) got so hot that the solder around the processor mount melted on the motherboard and the processor mount and processor dropped out completely !

Never seen that happen before :-)     Even more annoying is that he has put his new server in exactly the same hot cupboard....I can't complain, keeps me busy :-)
HAAHAHAHAA!!   Haven't seen that yet!
I had issues after putting in new carpet in a room that had windows where the wind would blow a lot of dust in.  It wouldn't take long for the entire server box to be covered with fuzz and dust and, therefore, not get any air inside.  I had some melting issues too.

Sounds like this guy needs a water-cooling system!  :)
