What is it? What does it do? Do I need it?
It's Google's online collaboration area. You can upload documents and share them with others. I used it when I was doing a consulting contract with Intel. There are others out there that are better, but not for the price (free).
Not sure why you would need it, unless you're just trying to be cool and, if that's the case, you could always layer polo shirts and pop all the collars... ;)
Thanks for the info. I'll just stick to telling people "I know Fingerjimmy and I have jammed with him." It will be funny how that goes from "cool" to "What the heck do you mean? You jammed with a priest?" in just a couple years. ;D
One cool thing is that apple came out with a printer app that will allow you to have saved documents that you can print out on your portable printer. People who work on the road will love this, me. If I lose paperwork, someone can e-mail them to me, I print the paperwork out without haveing to fire the computer up. Or, if I don't have the computer, bam, its on my phone. Killer. Applications, blank paperwork of anykind can be printer out of docs to go, no problem.
