So, dude wrote a book and made up a religion? Wow. What the fuck is wrong with people?

I came across this reading a article on John Travolta. Bad hand he was dealt with his son passing away and all that. but he's been in this crap for 30 + years.

Well, they wrote a book too even if the chapters were chosen almost 400 years later to only showcase the story a certain way. Up to 50 more "books" were left out leaving you with the 66 that remain. ;)

In modern terms we call that "Edited for pace and content." "This film has been modified to fit your screen." ;D

That's the way it works. Write a book. People make it into a religion. It's happened for literally years!

Books make it real. No books=mythology.

Harry Potter is about witchcraft which is real because it is in a book.
