I have no thoughts to share about it because, well, we all know why, but I'd be interested to hear what you guys thought.m
Seeing as our "home" team won, people around here were pretty excited.
I would have loved to have seen the pre-game odds that the Seattle defense would out-score the Denver offense though! ;D
Personally, I got a lot of things done and had the game on in the background.
Yeah, I watched the super bowl, three sundays ago, in Seattle. The game played this Sunday was a pretty good vehicle for commercial advertisers... for the first half. Sucks to be the companies who paid a couple million for a commercial at the end of that game.
I didn't watch any of it.
I quit watching pro ball when they fired Tom Landry, Jerry Jones.
The problem I have mostly is that, for example, if your a Seahawks fan and your team just won the super bowl, next year the only guy you may recognize, maybe, is the QB.
I'm old school. I loved the days when Dallas, Pittsburg, Miami, Oakland, all those days when you knew who would be on the team every year, for the most part.
That Kickoff TD runback just after halftime was brutal. I've been a football fan since I could hold my head up, so yeah, I watched.
I'm glad it's over to see how we fare next year. I went to about five games here in Tampa this past season. They cleaned house here, so it'll be interesting.
Watched it, happy with the outcome. I've never been a PM fan, dunno what it is, he's a nice guy and all, great QB, but for whatever reason, I've never liked the way he plays I guess, like he's too clinical, too scientific/stiff or something, kinda bland to watch (for me)...so yep, I enjoyed watching Seattle beat the snot outta him/Denver lol. I woulda preferred that whipping come at the hands of San Fran, but whatever, Seattle was great!
Heh, the last time SF played Denver in the SuperBowl, Denver lost 55-10 (the worst SB defeat in history). ;D
Yeah that's right. But what I was thinking might happen this time was a shutout... the way Seattle was playing they could have, I think they softened towards the end when the game was well out of reach.
