gents, happy 4th to all.

I love my Tak and would never depart with it, but... I pulled out my old
washburn this past weekend. (mid 80s, solid spruce top and sides, mahog back) anyway
it has a deeper, fuller sound than my tak. playing live may sound better through the PA.

so I am considering buying a pick up for the darn thing. anybody have a recomendation?

Expensive, but I would like to get a Shadow Nanoflex. They make one that doesn't require modification to the guitar.

tried to get the new fishman matrix,but it wouldnt install well based upon my saddle.

so, I went with teh K & K pure western.

I get to pick it up today. very excited!

Shadow Nanoflex looks interesting and sounds good - I like the idea of not having to do any mods to the guitar and being able to move it to another guitar easily
