Boys, I've had this one for over a month now. Guess I forgot to mention it here. You all know I'm a big fan of David Barber's pedals. I've had many. This pedal is a GREAT pedal that I think everyone would love.
I have an LTDv2. This is a GREAT SWEET sounding low gain OD. This pedal does that EXACTLY. It has a 3 way toggle switch that has LTDv2 (mid boost) LTD SR (flat mids) and a new position that is in between those two. This alone makes the pedal worth the price! You basically get two different highly rated low gain OD's plus a 3rd position to make it even more versatile.
But that's not all, sports fans. Flip the other toggle switch and you have much more gain. An exact replica of his highly rated Unlimited pedal. But yet another cool thing... the 3 way switch works the same on this pedal. So you can high higher gain flat mids, small mid hump or bigger mid hump.
To sum it up. You get both versions of the LTD plus a bonus ( and killer) extra setting, plus the Unlimited, plus two more EQ settings. So if you had all 3 of those pedals, you'd still have 3 more options with this pedal than all three of them.
This is a GREAT pedal and it's only $129! Guys looking at the Bogner Blue and not wanting to drop that much cash, would do well to look at this. Guys who aren't blown away by the Blue should also consider it. IT clearly has more gain on the unlimted settings, lots of versatility although maybe not quite as much as the Blue in some areas.
This pedal is a steal. Get one, thank me later! :)
