CK programmed a 'Pure Tuning' feature into the pitch shifter and harmonizer that aligns the harmonics, which apparently has never been done before.
Also, a feature called 'Formant Shift'.

Ruppert is some kind of a genius when it comes to all this crazy synth FX stuff...he understands the science behind it all so he knows how to create & use these features.
I just download his Profiles/Rigs and then try figure out what the heck he did.

I like the Expression pedal he uses in the demos, might have to buy me one.
I tried one a few months back in a music store, it's very cool.
