When amps start blurring the line with fancy wooden toaster shaped thingies...Cool looking though!!

I've never seen a toaster that looks like that!!!  :o
I've seen these before.  Some of the coolest stuff I've ever seen.  I love fancy woodwork, and that is some super slick stuff.  WAY out of my price range.  Obviously for "well qualified buyers."   ::)   I could cover 2-3 different bases with great amps, for that price.

Now, if you're loaded.... that would certainly be an amp that even my wife would let stay in the living room.   :)

definitely hi grade furniture quality stuff. But I never went for looks anyways I like utility, I don't give a shit what my equipment looks like, as long as it looks clean and professional. In fact if I had an expensive instrument I would be worried all of the time about dinging it up. That is one reason I like cheap axes. I can upgrade the pups and ding them up all I want and the pups are good for the next cheapo body when the one they are in gets ugly.
yeah, I'd never buy one of these.  Nice to look at though.  For that kind of jack, I can score a mesa for Petrucci tone and a nice Dr. Z.

Heck, I still like the Egnator Tourmaster head.  I haven't hear one, but 4 channels, selectable wattage on all 4, and should cover about any tone you'd want.  Not bad for under $1500 new!

I could switch my preference to the Rebel 20 at any point, and save a ton of money. The HRD sounds awesome at band levels with stomps. I just want to have a little better tone in 40- 50 watt range, and save the HRD as a backup unit. I still have time to look at the Renegade. No hurry I have the cash and it ain't going out for anything else but an amp.
The only thing I don't LOVE about the Rebel is that it's not two channels.  Otherwise, it's tough to beat for the money, IMO.  Last week I put my Lexicon reverb in the effects loop and it's just that much better.  I'll probably just snag a Line 6 Verbzilla to use instead, just to simplify.

I have a Digitech Digital Reverb pedal that Dar recommended, I like only one of the 6 different types of verbs but oh my my I do like that one. I just want to eliminate the pedal board altogether. I like it this way if I go out to play, guitar in one hand, amp in the other, one trip in, one trip out. I'se just a lazy old fukk who don't want to pick up any more weight than I have to.

Two Rebels, switchblade, viola two channels.
for me, with a Switchblade, one of my other amps would become the second channel... thus no need to buy a second Rebel.   ;)
