The price range here is vast... SM81s are a nice go-to, around $350 a piece I think. Neumann KM184s are much revered, at $850 a piece.
If you want cheap but good, all the Chinese manufacturers make good mics. I've never bought a bad Cascade mic. The mostly make ribbons, and their stereo ribbon mic is killer on overheads. Even Nady has some winners--our Nady ribbon mic is by far our favorite female vocal mic right now. Studio Electronics makes some really nice mics (with Rupert Neve designs for a few of them). The SE2 and SE3 are great cheap overhead mics. I think right now we're using a pair of AT4051s. We've used Oktava MC012s (darker), MXL 603 (brighter), and a cheaper version of the Avantone C-28 small diaphragm tube mic (great but finicky). We've also used every other pair of small diaphragm condensers we have, and some LDCs. Bottom line is most decent condenser mics will not sound a whole lot different on overheards. Make sure you get a stand high enough to get them well up there... I like them at least a couple feet about the drummers head. One of those "stereo" mic adapters makes X/Ying easier. Though you can also do the Bonham 3-mic setup, which, to me, for a really good drummer and a well-tuned kit, is pretty much perfect... then you don't need matched "overheads" in the classic sense, just use two LDCs and a good kick mic.

If you want large diaphragm condensers, here's an excellent shoot-out of some commonly recommended cheaper mics.
