GAS attack — The Watering Hole

Running a severe GAS attack at the moment. Although I have an HD videor camcorder and it is quite small, still not that convenient to carry around.

So, I just ordered one of these http://www.dv247.com/studio-equipment/zoom-q3hd--79655 and the sound quality of this thing is amazing too. There are plent of videos on youtube of recording bands live with this unit Zoom Q3HD

I bought a Zoom sound recorder 3 years ago - I don't use it much but I can second that the sound is excellent (stereo mic's give it real space as well)

I have the non-HD Q3 and LOVE it. For AUDIO.

I can only imagine how much nicer it would be to have the HD version, because the video on the original Q3 is weak.

That's great. I will take you up on that as I have some ideas for new stuff that I will be putting down soon. I much prefer "songs" than just instrumentals. To be honets, instrumentals bore the pants off me !

Jon has lots of great song ideas Tripper, just as long as you don't mind having to tell your friends and family that you've just written some songs called Mushroom Farm and Spankin' the Monkey... Those required some explaining and made it TOUGH on me to not be blatant with the lyrics.

But don't worry! His next ones for you to sing on have much safer titles like "Jesus Prefers Shaved Twats" and "Shite Only Stinks If You're Not Perfect." ;) :D

LOL :-) I always start with a title as it gives me the ideas for the riffs and themes. I think you did a great job with the lyrics before Craig, maybe someone else could suggest some song titles and we can go from there !
