The Watering Hole

I ordered a Fender acoustic for my son for Christmas and also ordered a hard case.

All arrived today and it's actually a very nice guitar, full sound and very playable.

But one big fuck-off with it.....the shop sent a hard case with the guitar in a separate box, but the guitar doesn't fit the fucking case!

How difficult can it be for a guitar shop to simply put the guitar in the case to see if it fits, especially as it is the case they recommended.  

Fuck this pisses me off.  I will try not to explode too much on the phone in the morning, but I find it harder and harder to control myself these days when people make such stupid and fundamental fuck-ups.

By the way, this is the guitar.

Nice guitar a Fender Sonoran. Funny coincidence, I live in the Sonoran desert which is in Northern Mexico, Southern Arizona, and the eastern portion of the very south of California.

Hope you get the case thing sorted.

Nice gift! Now will he still allowed to mess with your guitars? I know when I was younger, my guitar was never good enough, I HAD to play pops. Now my dad lives with me and he seems to play my guitars more than his - ha...the circle of life! ;)

He now actually has more guitars than I do.   I have a les paul and a bass.  Oliver has a les paul, a telecaster, a nylon strung guitar and now the fender acoustic.  So it will probably be me raiding his guitar collection  :)
