Last week we were putting together a Schechter order and I saw this guy in their 'Retro' design section and new I wanted to see one in person. So I put it on the order. They call it a PT Fastback II B. The color is Dark Emerald Green (I didn't use the flash in the pick; it only makes my red couch look like it is fuschia). It came today, along with the 13 other pieces we ordered. I bonded with it pretty quickly. Very much like a Fender 72 Thinline...but heavier. This thing makes a Fender feel like a toy. Came set up with 10's, and setup pretty well for factory setup. Also comes with two coil-tap knobs. Detail of the build was pretty good. Normal street price is $599. It has some pretty good mojo. Also comes with tummy cut, arm cut, and contour cut at the pocket.
New toys are so much fun!
(BTW - Why do you have a fuchsia colored couch? :D )
Very cool. I have a Bigsby like that on one of my project guitars. The first bridge they sent me was crap. The one I have now looks very similar to yours. The saddles are rollers. Really helps on tuning stability. Mine stays in tune really well. I have locking Sperzel tuners which helps in string changing. If you haven't changed strings on it yet, you will learn this really quickly. Start with the High E 1st string when putting on a new set. If you start with the 6th string and work your way down, your find that you have little room to get your dick skinners in there to hook the ball on the string post. The High E is so small that it doesn't want to make the bend around the string holder. It can be tricky to hold tension on the string while you tighten the string. Locking tuners will help there. You'll get a technique down and then it's just like anything else. Piece of cake.
You must have gotten that Fuchsia word from your wife. I've heard mine use it a time or two. Most guys only know about 8 or 10 colors, unless it's something fancy like Transparent Amber or Honeyburst. ;D

Thanks with the heads up on string changing. I usually start with the big strings, so you've saved me a big hassle. It came strung with 10's, so I am good for awhile since the strings have a lot of life in them.

Congrats, looks like a versatile guitar!! I much prefer that Schecter headstock shape over their 3 per side head, but those penis head tuners, ugh, they don't exactly man-up the place with that couch! ;)

Ha! Gotta give him the benefit of the doubt I guess! All the other stuff in the image looks correct, leather strap looks leathery, rosewood board looks rosewoody, wood paneling looks brown, etc, but the couch is way off, eh? I keed I keed! If you say the couch is red, it's red! ;) ;D
