Cinvala — Aug 23, 2008May I be the first to congradulate you....great wallpaper  :P
Oh and the guitars really set it off  8-)

Thanks Cin, it has only been 4.5 years since I moved in.  Give me time Smiley .

strategery — Aug 23, 2008Oh shit, don't let Kev see that Amer'can sybolism.
I have the same Amer'can flag pick guard on one Strat and I still haven't heard the end of it.  ;D

Personally, I think it's great taste.  :)

And yes, the floral wallpaper is impeccable.  ;D

Randy

I hear ya Randy.  Fuck you, Kev.

Thanks.  I like the red, white and blue myself but the guitar does not get played at all because the neck width is so tiny.

Franzel — Aug 23, 2008Hey Keebo,
how do you like the Aerodyne Tele? I heard good things about it, how's the P 90 in the neck position? I bet it sounds great.

Hans

PS: Nice studio, thanks for posting!

Thanks, Hans.  I like the Tele.  It fits nicely against the body compared to the original boat oar :) .  The P-90 is the main reason I bought it because I never heard a P-90 before.  It sounds really nice but the bidge is too bright for me.  I replaced the single coil with the mini HB and I still have to mod it so they both sound closer tonewise together, as in bridge not too bright and neck not too dark.

Yes, very appropriate.  ;D

Somebody give me Komrade Kevzinski's email.
I've got to get that sucka' over here.  ;D

Keebo, I can't get any of the links to work...
I see that or should I say I don't see that.  They were working until I deleted the individual threads where the link of the pics were associated.  I thought the attachment location would still work but of course I was wrong again.

Anyway, you didn't miss anything.  I just went nuts with the camera the other night.  Please fell free to delete this thread.

If anybody does this, I'll pop a cap in their ass!!! ;D
OK, I finally uploaded the images to photobucket.
yep, got to see them this time.

How do you like the Blackheart compared to the Valve Junior?  And, which version of the Jr do you have?
The Blackheart is my goto amp at the moment.  I like it better than the EPI mostly because of the tone controls.  The 3 or 5 watt option is cool but I rarely use it at 3 watts.

I haven't tried each separately into the same cab yet mostly because I am lazy :) .  I'll get around to trying that one day.

We briefly discussed which version of the EPI I have back on the Hole.  I don't recall if it is the first or second versions but I'm pretty sure it is not the better sounding third version.
