The Watering Hole

Local shop blowing old inventory out the door. I grabbed a Hartke 1x15 bass cab and an Ibanez RG370DXGP1 today..both new with warranty. I paid $149 for the cab and $199 for the Ibanez. I know both aren't 'top notch', but I know they are great for what I paid. Here is what I found on them:

Digging the name....

I've lately been scoping some higher end Jacksons. My Charvel has been my main axe for 3 years now, but it has a locked bridge. Been looking for something with a solid trem.

Just stumbled across a local dealer looking to move old inventory at the right time.

I grabbed this RG below cost, not really expecting much. But it has potential. The trem system is good. I have yet to knock it out of tune. I do have plans to upgrade the pups though. It is pretty thin sounding compared to my Charvel. I'm thinking Rio Grande pups.

But it plays really nice the way it is. A work in progress.

Great amigo good lcuk with both items. I love my cheapo RG guitar, one of the best all around axes I ever owned.
