Our old friend Jeff (Lt. Core) bought a Budda Superdrive (lucky bastage!) and in trying to generate the cash for the amp, offered me a good deal on two almost new pedals.  They are two of the pedals that I've been jonesing for for months.  I'm hoping they get here tomorrow.

Please welcome the two newest members in the pedalfest...

two extremely versatile pedals.  The SK goes from clean boost to mid gain with bass, middle and treble controls, and has clipping options and "smooth/open" switch.  It can be used as anything from clean boost with mid hump, to treble boost, to all kinds of OD.

The Direct Drive has lots of internal tweaking you can do to dial it in to your rig and tastes.

Lemme see, that is 97 pedals according to my last count.  ;D Where do you find the floor space for all of them?

Do you have a DOD YJM308 pedal? How 'bout a MIJ SD-1? Surely you don't need them now with this new addition?  ;)
I bet Howie doesn't have an Ayan Enterprises Smooth & Slim pedal though!  (Removes the flub from a Dual or Triple Rectifier.)

Nope, sure don't.  (I could build a YJM clone pretty easily though).

No, but more importantly, I don't have a dual or triple rec.  Wish I did!
mail just arrived and the pedals are here!  Yeehaa.  Going to have me some fun this weekend.

Man, this Barber is a pretty sharp looking pedal!
My speakers arrived today also.  Unfortunately I won't get to drop them in till Sunday; gigging in Charleston till then.

Dearth can even do a trombone comp. :)

Though on the other hand it has developed the palette of descriptive sound words. :)
