As they are on offer here at the moment I just bought a line6 relay 30 wireless system for the guitar. First impressions: brilliant fun for walking around the house annoying everyone. But on a serious note. It could be the first piece of line6 gear that actually delivers what it promises.
I've discovered my main use for this thing. Reamping wirelessly to my amp and cab in another room and then recording the amp with the Zoom H6 in the other room, so no wires from the recording room to where I send the reamp system at all. Then simply import the wav files from the H6 and sync them with the main track. This is brilliant as I can mess around with this without having wires trailing all round the house and annoying the wife etc :)
Heck Jon annoying the wife is the most fun in the recording process. ;D (that is why my set up has been banished to my climate controlled shed which is attached to the house)
