I have friends in Colorado and Washington State, visits may be necessary in a year or two. I am good until then however. ;D I am 3/4ths a days drive from Colorado. However dogs on the Interstates may in fact become a problem outside of those states. I may have to do the coyote trail (back roads and never the same way each time, and never a direct line to the casa.....). We got dogs on the I-8 interstate, which limits my cargo on trips to San Diego, I could do the coyote trail there too, but who knows when the border patrol might surprise us on one of those back roads.
